We hope you had a wonderful time celebrating the New Year (hopefully your New Year’s Resolution just so happens to be ordering more labels). Here’s a quick update on our current despatch and delivery leadtimes.
We’re working our way through the emails and online orders that we received during our Winter Break. We are prioritising the despatch and delivery of orders (anything placed after 3pm on Friday 21st December).

If you can’t find the answer you need, please email our Customer Service Team via email@example.com and we’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
I Haven’t Received My Order
If your order despatched on or before Friday 21st December, you should have received a confirmation email. If you ordered by phone, our Customer Service Team will have indicated when your order would be despatched.
Small orders (fewer than 200 sheets) despatch via Royal Mail’s first class service. This is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service and is subject to delays over the Christmas period. Usually, we allow FIVE working days for delivery; we would therefore advise waiting to see if your order is delivered this week. If it does not arrive, please contact our Customer Service Team.
If you upgraded to a guaranteed next day delivery option, your order should have been delivered by now. Please contact our Customer Service Team so that we can investigate further.
Large orders (250+ sheets) despatch via next working day courier – where stock is available. If your order was despatched, it should have arrived by now. If you ordered made to order items (those with a 500 sheet minimum) or if the items you ordered were out of stock, your order will be scheduled for manufacture and despatch this week. We will do our best to process these orders as quickly as possible; if you need your order urgently, please contact our Customer Service Team so that we can confirm the status of your order.
If you have not received an email confirmation from us, then your order is most likely awaiting processing; we are aiming to have all existing orders processed by tomorrow at the very latest.
If you haven’t received ANY emails from us, you may have provided an incorrect email address, our emails may be in your spam folder, or there may have been a problem with your order. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
I Haven’t Received A Response To My Email Yet
Our office was closed during our Winter Break and so no members of staff were available to respond to correspondence received during this time. We will do our best to respond to all messages this week.
If I Order Labels From You Today When Will They Be Despatched (& Delivered)?
Despatch and delivery will depend on the specific items and quantities you order (along with stock availability). Where stock is available, the following despatch and delivery items apply.
Small Orders (fewer than 200 sheets): despatch today (up to 4:30pm) via Royal Mail’s first class service. Items MAY arrive tomorrow but can take up to five working days to arrive.
Large Orders (more than 200 sheets): despatch today (up to 3pm) via next working day courier. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and the Channel Islands is via TWO-working day carrier.
Where stock is NOT available, your items will be made to order and then despatched via next working day courier; this can take up to five working days. If you need your labels urgently, please contact our Customer Service Team so we can advise of the leadtime for your items.
