Silver Holographic Labels - Material Specification Sheet.

MULTIPURPOSE (LASER/COPIER PRODUCTS)

Our holographic laser labels can be printed in the laser and copier printers typically found at home or in small offices. The product must be printed through the by-pass tray of your printer and it will curl after printing *, however, this can be reduced by setting the machine to a "Paper/Plain" setting and laying the sheet face down as soon as it comes out of the printer and leaving it to settle for 30 minutes or so, but a little patience will be needed!

This material has been designed for a big wow factor and can be used to create the most eye-catching labels ever!

Grammage 39 gsm (+/- 4)
Caliper (thickness) 40 microns (+/-4)

Adhesive
A permanent, acrylic based adhesive with good tack & adhesion on a wide range of surfaces.

Minimum application temp. +5°C
Storage range once applied -20°C to +80°C

Backing
A heavy one side clay coated, bleached kraft paper with good lay-flatness & stability

Thickness 115 microns (+/-10)
Grammage 125 gsm (+/-6)

* Please note: these labels should be printed using the "Paper/Plain" setting BUT will curl on exiting the printer. We recommend using the bypass tray, printing one sheet at a time, and laying each sheet face down to reduce the amount of curl.

Environmental
Paper components are either ECF or TCF grade manufactured using pulp from sustainable, managed resources. All dimensions are nominal target specifications but may vary. All products within our range are manufactured to BRC A + standards. The factory is also FSC and ISO14001 certified. Furthermore we are a Zero to landfill certified company.
