We get very few returns despite supplying labels on A4 sheets to tens of thousands of businesses on a regular basis.
We are happy to give as much support as we can to make sure you choose the correct labels, receive them when you need them, and get the results you need.

Sometimes things can go wrong and if they do we will help you.
Perhaps you ordered the wrong size or material, we sent the wrong labels, the carrier lost your order, or the labels do not work as you expected. Whatever the reason we will take all reasonable steps to sort things out.
The first thing to do if you have a problem is to contact us by phone (01270 668076) or email ([email protected]) and let us know what is wrong so we can investigate and try to put things right. If you need your labels urgently, we will do what we can to part ship replacements or advise on similar products that we hold in stock.
If you have made a mistake
If you ordered packs of 25 or 100 sheets, we can accept your labels back for a full refund providing they are unused and we receive them back in good condition. Our terms apply so there are some time limits. After receiving your order, you have 30 working days to let us know you want to cancel; you then have 21 days to return your labels.
We will issue a goods return number for you to put on to the package so we can process your refund when we receive your labels. You can re-order the labels you need when you contact us.
For larger quantities, returns depend on whether your labels were made to order or from stock and what labels you ordered. We will be as flexible as possible to make sure we resupply the labels you actually need and can usually come to an amicable commercial arrangement.
If we have made a mistake
If you did everything right and we sent labels that you did not order we will resend the correct ones at our cost as soon as we can. If you ordered boxes of 500 sheets, we will usually be able to arrange a collection of the wrong labels.
