- We currently stock five sizes of address labels. Our coloured labels are supplied on A4 sheets of standard paper that have been flood coated with colour, with rounded corners and a permanent adhesive. They can be printed on inkjet or laser printers and photocopiers, and are suitable for writing on. The most popular sizes are 21 and 14 to a sheet, although some customers prefer to use alternative sizes to better fit the items they are posting. These labels come in standard sizes for address labels and templates for each can be found in most label printing software packages and utilities, although we also feature our own templates on this website for our customers to download. Coloured labels are a bright and eye catching addition to postal items and we currently have the following seven colours available: Crimson Red, Orange Red (tomato red), Yellow (canary yellow), Blue (sky blue), Green (apple green), Pink (pastel pink), and Cream.
- The labels on this page are supplied as blank coloured labels but we also supply address labels in a variety of white paper, coloured paper, and transparent polyester materials; you can view all of the material options for address labels on our Address Labels range page.
- Address labels - an easy way to address your post is to print labels, especially if you are sending large numbers of items. Printed labels allow you to address your post quickly and neatly.
- Return address labels - our LP65/38 labels are ideal for printing return address labels. If you need to make sure that your address is clearly marked on post in case an item needs to be returned, or even just to make sure the recipient has your contact details, these labels are the perfect size for clearly identifying your own information.
- Branding company mail - labels are great way to promote your company brand and logo; you can print labels in your company colours or simply add your logo.
- Personalising mail - by printing your own address labels you can add your own colours and images. Many people like to personalise mail that is being sent for special occasions, such as Christmas or birthdays, and our coloured labels are perfect for adding a decorative finishing touch to important items of mail such as invitations or cards.
- Barcode labels - address labels are also suitable for printing barcodes, whether for processing mail or for identifying products in shops or warehouses.

If you’re having trouble with colour matching, consider using transparent address labels; we have transparent address labels for inkjet printers (Gloss Transparent only) and for laser printers (choose between Gloss Transparent and Matt Transparent).

The labels were of excellent quality, and a pleasure to use. However, the speed of delivery was not as expected. It said on the website that my order would be sent that day by first class post. However, it only arrived a week later. This happened on two occasions. (This was during the busy December season. Perhaps the service is speedier during the rest of the year.)

You sent a reply to my previous review...
You sent a reply to my previous review, concerning the difficulty of matching labels to the template. Your answer did not satisfy me. The labels are not quite centrally placed on the sheet, so there is a difference of about 1mm between the top and bottom margins of the sheet, and between the right and left margins. Unlike other labels I have purchased, there is no indication of 'Top' or 'bottom of the sheet. So I have to measure each sheet before I put it in the printer to make sure it is the right way round - and even then it is not quite right!. I have not had these problems with other makes of label, using the same software and printer.
