I know people are not usually motivated to...

I know people are not usually motivated to praise, only whinge, so I thought I'd bother saying just how pleased I am with Label Planet. I've made 4 purchases so far, all shipped same day and as ordered. (All have been blank labels for food and drink bottles and jars that I subsequently get printed). The information given on their site, including templates for printing, are very helpful and they've all been good quality. But I really wanted add a comment on their customer service. On one occasion I called to talk about a "problem" I was having with one of the labels on a food jar. Their customer service people were very helpful, interested and concerned to find out the problem (in the end it turned out to be a problem with the jars themselves). They've also been very accommodating when talking about and sending samples for the various food products I have. Many thanks, and highly recommend.

The labels are well priced and printed well...

The labels are well priced and printed well (in colour). But they were quite difficult to peel and some got torn as a result.

I didn't need a lot of labels, so when Label Planet offered packs of 25 sheets and a variety of colours I thought I would try it out. Ordering, cost and delivery were easy and quick and the labels first class. Thank you very much.
