I was disappointed that my urgent labels which...

I was disappointed that my urgent labels which were ordered late on Monday afternoon, did not arrive until the following Monday. The web site indicated they would be sent either by carrier or 1st class post on Tuesday, so I expected delivery Wednesday / Thursday. I phoned to chase on Thursday and again on Friday but was told the package would not be deemed lost until 5 working days had passed. This is not a 1st class service.

We despatched your order on Tuesday 11th August, via our Standard Delivery service, which is Royal Mail's first class service.

As stated on our website, Royal Mail's first class service is not a guaranteed next day delivery service - Royal Mail aim to deliver first class post on the next working day but do not guarantee this. We find that 93% of first class mail does arrive on the next working day, with the remainder taking a few days extra.

Royal Mail themselves will only declare items sent using their first class service to be lost in the post 15 working days after they were due to be delivered.

A guaranteed next day delivery option is offered on our website and we strongly encourage customers to upgrade to this option if they need to receive their order by a specific deadline.

I've only given Label Planet a 4...

I've only given Label Planet a 4 star rating, as I have a problem with the labels, which I am currently talking to Label Planet Customer services about, to which they are being very helpful. The ordering and delivery process NEEDS TO BE RATED 5 STAR as it is very very good, this is not the 1st time I have ordered from Label Planet, as I find them very helpful. I know once my problem has been restored it will be 5 Star again.

I was in the label trade for years...

I was in the label trade for years and had some bad experiences recently on delivery, cost, quality. The Label Planet products were excellent. Good material and adhesive with appropriate packaging meant they created no problems in the (inkjet) printer. The downloadable templates and accompanying instructions make set up easy. The website is easy to navigate and product selection is simple. We will be using Label Planet again....
