The product was the wrong product for our requirements - my fault, not yours. Your staff dealt with my request on the telephone for a refund promptly and without any quibble. I quickly received the refund through Paypal. Overall an excellent experience of good customer service. Sorry this mentions Customer Service, but that's all I experienced!

Delivery was extremely prompt however when using the template supplied for the labels I had great difficulty aligning the print and gave up in the end!

We have help and support pages on our website (https://www.labelplanet.co.uk/help.php) to help customers design and print their labels by themselves but we are more than happy for customers to contact us directly, so we can offer one-to-one advice and support for the specific issues or problems they have encountered.
Word templates are limited in the accuracy of positioning they can support and will usually require some adjustment to create the correct alignment.

Hi, I'm a costumer of the Republic of Ireland, the products of Label Planet are of very good quality and I have no problem with it, but I think that the cost of shipping to Ireland is a bit expensive. I think Label Planet should look different courrier.

Purchased full face labels LPCD 117 as a replacement for Neato labels. These are the worst labels I have used. Paper is too thin, virtually impossible to remove the label from the sheet without tearing. Will not be buying from here again.

There was a problem with the round paper...
There was a problem with the round paper labels supplied as there wasn't a centralising hole on the centre of the disc. This has made mounting the labels onto disc difficult. It is now necessary to cut a hole with a bit of a problem using a Stanley Knife. We feel that perhaps it should be made clear when listing these products that there is an alternative label with holes in the middle available. It is not possible to exchange the pack of 100 as they have been forward to a customer in Cyprus. Both he and I would be grateful for your comments on our points raised. We look forward to hearing from you in due course.
