First class products and service. I received a reply to my emailed query within 20 minutes and a free sample of labels the following day. When I placed my order the product arrived within 2 days. I cannot fault this.

The labels were of excellent quality, and a pleasure to use. However, the speed of delivery was not as expected. It said on the website that my order would be sent that day by first class post. However, it only arrived a week later. This happened on two occasions. (This was during the busy December season. Perhaps the service is speedier during the rest of the year.)
