I have been a customer for a long time I never even think to look anywhere else. I gave up comparing prices for labels years ago these are such good value, the products are excellent quality, my orders arrive very quickly. I recently phoned and asked for some help with my layout on labels, technically challenged here!, and was immediately given help with my problem in a very friendly manner. I am an even bigger fan of Label Planet now. Keep doing what you are doing no improvements or changes needed - thank you

Arrived quickly, well packed and in good condition. Copious notes on usage and storage with on-line help and printing templates as well. Given the very small size of these labels I was expecting some problems with alignment and expected to have to fiddle with printer settings to get it exactly right but everything worked correctly out of the box. Most impressed.

You sent a reply to my previous review...
You sent a reply to my previous review, concerning the difficulty of matching labels to the template. Your answer did not satisfy me. The labels are not quite centrally placed on the sheet, so there is a difference of about 1mm between the top and bottom margins of the sheet, and between the right and left margins. Unlike other labels I have purchased, there is no indication of 'Top' or 'bottom of the sheet. So I have to measure each sheet before I put it in the printer to make sure it is the right way round - and even then it is not quite right!. I have not had these problems with other makes of label, using the same software and printer.
