In this video, we describe the four most common types of misaligned label templates and why they happen. The video features visual guides to the different ways that label templates can fail to line up properly with a sheet of labels so you can work out what is going wrong with your template.
When things go right, a label template should align your designs perfectly with each label on your sheet. There are a number of reasons why templates end up misaligning - and a number of ways that templates can be misaligned. To fix a label template, you first need to work out what what is going wrong so you can take the correct steps to fix the problem. So, you need to know what type of misalignment you have and the most likely reason (or reasons) why this misalignment is happening.
The video includes four sections; each section takes you through one of the most common types of misaligned label templates. The four types we describe are: the misalignment is the same for every label, the misalignment gets worse moving away from a particular point on the sheet, the misalignment doesn't show an obvious pattern, and the misalignment is worse and opposite in the corners.
