Exposure Temperature - What does exposure temperature mean?
Answer:
The range of temperatures at which it is safe to store a label that has been applied to a substrate. All label products will usually have a recommended exposure temperature, which indicates the lowest and highest temperatures that a particular product can withstand during the time it is applied to a substrate. Should the temperature exceed either the minimum or maximum recommended temperatures, any part of the label may fail to function correctly, including the face material, the adhesive, and any coatings that have been applied.
