They were just what I needed and came...
They were just what I needed and came very quickly. The down side is my computer is older and I had trouble finding the correct code so then I downloaded your template but as yet I haven't been able to convert from the emailed PDF file into word so zi can write on them. What it is to be a dummie. I'll get there !!

We provide Word templates and PDF templates for all of our label sizes so you don't need to convert one to the other; all of our templates can be downloaded from the template section of our website.
We have emailed a copy of our Word template to the email address provided in your order. If you need any advice or assistance using the template, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help.

Labels arrived on time, but HELP please. How do I download the template? I can't see a download button, although I know it's LP21/63

Templates can be downloaded from our template section; this can be found by clicking on the Label Templates link at the very top of our website or by going to the product page for your labels and clicking on the "Label Templates And Printing Information" link next to the product image.
This takes you to the template information page for your label size and the download links are displayed halfway down the page as a set of purple links under the heading "Word Templates" and "PDF Templates" - simply left click once on the template that you want to download.
If you do have any difficulty downloading a template from the website, you can always contact our Customer Service Team directly (info@labelplanet.co.uk) and we can email a copy to you.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the colour of your cream labels; we agree that they are quite a yellowy cream, which is why we are always happy to send out samples of our coloured labels so that our customers can check that our colours are suitable for their applications.
We will be contacting our warehouse to discuss the colour of these particular labels to see how we can improve the product.

It’s the first time i’ve used Label Planet...

Best bit of all was the great customer...
Best bit of all was the great customer service when they sent the wrong labels. Even before the labels arrived they phoned to say the wrong labels had been sent, to keep the wrong labels and the right ones would be there next day. That is a supplier I will trust with future business.

I was delighted to receive my order the...
I was delighted to receive my order the next day and the labels are great. The only downside is that the templates are not very good and only available in either word or PDF so I found it hard to add pictures to the stickers and then align it all to print.

All of our templates have been fully tested to ensure that they will produce the correct alignment, although some customers may need to make small adjustments to get the best possible print alignment when they use our templates with their unique setup of hardware and software.
We supply Word and PDF templates because these two file formats are compatible with a wide range of software, which means that most (if not all) of our customers will already have software on their computer that they can use to edit our templates and so design and print their own labels.
We are more than happy for customers to contact us with any template questions or queries they have and to ask for assistance with any specific printing problem that they might encounter.
