We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience ordering labels from Label Planet.

According to our system, you ordered 2,500 sheets of our LP3/210 REM labels on 19th September; as stated on our website, these labels are a made to order item with a despatch estimate of up to five working days. Your labels were despatched on the fifth working day (26th September) via a next working day carrier service.

If you have not yet received your labels, please can you contact our Customer Service Team directly (by emailing info@labelplanet.co.uk or calling 01270 668076) so that we can investigate further.

This is the second lot of labels we've had from Label Planet and we are very pleased with them, they are easy to use, very strong and durable and are great value for money. The speed in which they were delivered was outstanding I think they were with us the next day if not definitely within 2 days and ordering them online made things very easy. We will definitely be using Label Planet again and I would recommend them.

I am personally very happy about the super...

I am personally very happy about the super removable labels we bought. It does great job and super easy to peel off. It leaves no mark on our products when you peel it off after days! Highly recommended!
