Recently purchased a box of labels and selected next day delivery before 1pm. When the labels did not arrive I contacted the team at label planet who quickly refunded the postage and apologised. Although in the end I did not receive my labels until after I needed them I was reassured by the excellent customer service.

I have 3 sizes now and they are just the job - they take colour well and stick well on clothing too and come off without leaving glue on the clothes! I am a happy bunny.
