We are sorry to hear that your labels did not arrive in time for your needs; we have looked into this issue and your order was despatched same day via Royal Mail's first class service. Unfortunately, the first class service is not a guaranteed next day delivery and a small percentage of items may take longer to arrive.

They had exactly what we wanted - and dispatched it the same day. We received emails advising us at each stage of the process. Just a shame the Royal Mail didn't deliver the next day as they had been paid to do!
