From Very Good previously ALWAYS to Very Poor on this order - ordered on 17/03 and on 20/3 still not arrived. You have always delivered next day or the following day BUT to learn now it can take upto 5 days is not acceptable. Had I known I would have paid the extra £5.00.

We have double-checked our records and your labels were despatched by first class Royal Mail on the day you ordered them. However, Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver items the next day unless you pay for Special Delivery. This option is available on our website, as you go through the checkout process. Royal Mail's first class service is usually excellent with 93.3% of mail being delivered the next working day, but occasionally there is a delay which is why we always recommend that customers choose the Special Delivery option, or phone us for advice, if they need their labels in a hurry.
