The product itself is great but the labels...
The product itself is great but the labels are not 100% inline on the printer so the text has to be slightly smaller to allow for this.

Order arrived very quickly. More importantly the labels are absolutely accurate and all in the same place. Many other cheaper coampanies you are forever chasing the print around on the sheet to get it to fit.

I agree with Marilyn E with respect the plain paper reverse side especially when printing off more than one sheet of the same label, it just needs a light watermark to indicate the reverse side

I used the sample service offered, which was excellent, the samples arrived the next day and they sent labels with different adhesives so I could easily compare them. As a result I knew when I placed my order, the labels were right for us. The online ordering was easy to use and my order arrived within the times specified. I will use them again.
