Just what I needed to label my cakes when I bake for a fund-raising stall. Plenty of space to say if they are dairy-free etc. I've had some difficulty finding this 6 x 3 configuration so I was pleased to get these.

For some reason the wrong name was on...
For some reason the wrong name was on the delivery address (despite it being correct on the confirmation email) and the labels I ordered went AWOL for a week. Product seems fine, just at a loss as to where they got the alternative name from!

27th Apr 2016We were very surprised to hear that all the delivery details were correct apart from the name so we took a closer look into this to see what could have happened.

We discovered that the company address had, in fact, been added to our despatch system when an order was placed by another employee five years ago - which is where the incorrect name came from.
We have now corrected our database and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
