Excellent service. However I still have a problem. I would like to print on these labels so that the text shows clearly. The background is dark green, and I have tried printing with black, yellow, red (the opposite colour) but none shows up really well. Somehow Stanley Gibbons is able to produce labels with gold colour which stands out. It seems to be so strong that the writing is very clear. I have been unable to replicate that.

We're sorry to hear that you've had problems printing your labels; it sounds like the issue is with the intensity of colour that your printer is producing. If you can send us an email (info@labelplanet.co.uk) to let us know what model of printer you are using, we can take a look to see if there are any print settings offered by that model that would help to improve the print finish.

Gold inks are usually specialist inks designed for use with printing presses rather than standard desktop printers, which means they are able to produce a more intense, higher quality finish than standard inks. However, it should be possible to create a high quality of print with a standard printer depending on the print options offered by the model you are using.

A4 size kraft self sticking paper is extremely difficult to find (even in Paris). Prints out perfectly in simple inkjet printer. No magic is necessary. Price is very reasonable. (checked in US, UK and France)

Labels arrived next day. Printing templates were easy to download and instructions simple to follow. Quality product, great service. Would have given a very good - only with the A4 lables, once they were out of the packet, it was hard to tell which was the printable side. Might be useful to have a pattern on the backside.
