Nice website to navigate. Found what I wanted and easily placed my order, which arrived the next day. Downloaded the right template and printed just what I wanted on my inkjet printer. A very satisfying experience.

Just what I needed to label my cakes...
Just what I needed to label my cakes when I bake for a fund-raising stall. Plenty of space to say if they are dairy-free etc. I've had some difficulty finding this 6 x 3 configuration so I was pleased to get these.

For some reason the wrong name was on...
For some reason the wrong name was on the delivery address (despite it being correct on the confirmation email) and the labels I ordered went AWOL for a week. Product seems fine, just at a loss as to where they got the alternative name from!

27th Apr 2016We were very surprised to hear that all the delivery details were correct apart from the name so we took a closer look into this to see what could have happened.

We discovered that the company address had, in fact, been added to our despatch system when an order was placed by another employee five years ago - which is where the incorrect name came from.
We have now corrected our database and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I need these labels to be robust for...
I need these labels to be robust for longer term use, and also removable from strong plastic carrier bags, when food is given out to clients. They fulfil both functions, although I have no long term experience of their permanent fixing properties, but seem good. Seem thicker than others I have used, certainly come of the backing more easily. Could not find better value - frankly I have stopped looking for alternatives Have used other sizes from same supplier. Keep on buying - doesn't that say it all?

I tend to order small quantities of label sheets. Quality is excellent and delivery normally excellent too. My last order did not arrive, I agreed with LabelPlanet to wait a few more days, then emailed to say still no luck. No quibble, a supply was with me the following day. Brilliant.
