With regards to the templates, we are always happy to help out if customers have trouble - whether they're using our templates or setting up their own.
We offer Word and PDF templates on our website; if you are using a Mac you would need to have software that is able to read and edit these files. Word files can be used with Office For Mac, while the PDF files can be edited with graphics software packages.
