Delivery was excellent, unfortunately could not access PDF and the Windows template did not appear as a template, needed someone with a lot of knowledge to create labels. But overall satisfied.

We're sorry to hear you experienced problems with our templates. We offer a Word and a PDF version as customers will usually have the software to open and edit at least one of these file formats. The PDF does require a graphics software package to edit; the Word document has been designed to be as easy to use as we can make it but, as people have different computer systems and printers, they may require some adjustment to suit each individual's system. We are happy to advise customers who experience issues with templates - whether they're using our templates or setting up their own - and we hope that you will give us a call or send us an email if you need any assistance in the future.
