One of the round labels has unequal margins so printing via your templates is a problem

Hello Susan,
Thank you for your review. We do apologise for the problems you have experienced with our template. Unfortunately this particular product is supplied to us with a non-central alignment and isn't available with a central alignment. We have ensured that the margins on our template reflect the non-central alignment and we will be updating our packaging on the small number of products we supply that are not centrally aligned to help avoid this issue in the future.
We are always happy to assist with templates; if you wish, you may send us a copy of your template so that we can help with the problems you are experiencing.

Very comprehensive array of labels. I have ordered from them before and been very pleased with the quality of the labels, the speed of fulfilling my order, and the extremely useful templates. (I use a iMac).

The 37mm labels were delivered on time and...
