Always very quick delivery and well packaged to prevent postal damage. The labels always perform well in our laser printer which is imperative to our business. My labels were supplied promptly and well packaged. The sizes are perfect for my requirements. I haven't printed any yet, but the quality appears to match that of previous label sheets I have used, so I don't expect any problems. I shall certainly use this service again.

The product (7x3 white labels) were as ordered,protected by a piece of stiff cardboard to prevent them being bent or creased,a nice sensible touch I felt. Delivery time was excellent,thats what I like to see. Thank you for an enjoyable shopping experience.

The templates for the round labels are challenging for someone who is not pc compliant, maybe an idea to mock a basic template up in word to be edited by the customer to include business details going around the outside a basic image and logo, thanks a mil

Materials are OK but their packaging is non...

Materials are OK but their packaging is non existant. I purchased two x 25 A4 sheets of labels, and they came in a simple card-stiffened envelope. (One sheet of card, therefore leaving one surface unprotected). A previous order, for 100 A4 sheets of "gold" labels arrived similarly packed, with one corner of most labels bent. These were urgently required and LabelPlanet were the only supplier of exactly what I needed, so I had to accept them. I reported this through a review, but of course nothing was done - it was a negative comment which is usually ignored. I will not recommend to anyone else

We would like to apologise for the problems with this order. While we do our best to provide protective packaging for our products, unfortunately a small percentage does get damaged by Royal Mail during delivery. We do monitor this to try to prevent future issues and review our packaging to see if we can improve. For example, we now send all orders of 75 sheets or more in boxes, rather than envelopes.
We have a section in our checkout where customers can add a note to their order and we would be happy for customers to request that small orders be sent in boxes rather than envelopes if they have concerns about the safety of their order during delivery.
