I have ordered labels from this company for the last 7 years and the service and the products are faultless. I have also received technical advice regarding printing. I am especially keen on the kraft labels.

Great company to deal with and who have an extensive range of blank labels in a variety of materials. All of which are very high quality and are extremely competitively priced. Nothing is ok much trouble.

I did not need to contact customer services...

I did not need to contact customer services so I cannot say yay or nay. The label quality is good and they stick well however, the downloadable stencils for the relevant label pages are not that easy to use. You need to have a fair bit of knowledge to place text & graphics within the label "area" in order to print it out correctly but otherwise, great!

Repeat customer, happy as always! Great selection of not just labels (can spend hours looking and wondering if I can find a use for something I see), but loads of templates, in a variety of formats. Prices are low and shipping is quick. Will continue to be a customer. Thanks y'all!
