Label Printing Templates For Round Labels Or Circular Labels.
Use the table below to find and download a template for the blank labels you want to print. The table is sorted by number of labels per sheet and you can choose between a Word template and a PDF template.
The Word templates can be edited using any software that is capable of processing Word’s .docx file format (e.g. Word, Pages, OpenOffice), while the PDF templates can only be edited using graphics software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign). Simply click on the icon for the template you wish to download; if prompted, select “save” (rather than open), before using your chosen software to open your saved template (File > Open).
Please note that the Word templates do NOT show the circular shape of your round labels; these templates are made up of a grid of squares, so that each round label will sit within one of the squares in the template with its outermost points touching each of the four sides of the square.
NB: You may need to click on the yellow “Enable Editing” button or banner before you can make any changes to your template. If you are unable to see the outline of the labels in a Word template, you need to turn on table gridlines (visit our Labels Printing Guide to find out how).
All of the templates on this page are in portrait format; to view alternative templates, including “bleed” versions, along with more information about each label size (including design and printing tips), simply click on the “More Info” link for the labels you want to print.
NB: Once you have designed your template, always do a test print onto blank paper before printing onto your labels; this will allow you to check the accuracy of your template and your printer’s alignment – and make any necessary adjustments required to get the best possible alignment – before you put your labels in your printer.

Please note that these templates are provided in good faith for our customers to use free of charge. Customers should test the suitability of these templates for their requirements (including compatibility with their software/hardware), and are responsible for making any necessary adjustments to achieve the best possible alignment.
All products are manufactured with a tolerance, which is an allowable deviation from the measurements stated on the goods (for example, an A4 sheet may have a tolerance of +/- 2mm); this tolerance can lead to slight variation in the measurements of label products and so we recommend that customers complete a test print of any template before printing onto their label products so that they may determine if the template requires any further adjustments.
^ Our labels are very close in size/layout to the Avery code provided (to within +/- 1mm of the Avery measurements)
